Well, just thought I'd suggest this, though I'm not sure it'll go too well, but just thought I'd throw it out there. There is a place for one webpage on the profile, but I was wondering if perhaps it could be possible to post at least two? For example, I have my myspace up there now, but I'd like to be able to post my blog, and maybe facebook, etc. Just a thought..what do you guys think?
I don't mind this idea. I'm not sure how it would work but I'm sure, if the Admins put their minds to it, they can think of a way for this to work...
i love this idea, but i agree with steve, not sure how it would work
hmm, well perhaps u could have each webpage address on it's own line and then do the same for the webpage titles. i'm not sure if that would work but it's a suggestion. also, perhaps we should make it so that standard members can post 2 webpages while premiums can post 5 webpages or something like that!
in the meantime, i believe html links work in profiles so as long as u know the correct coding (contact me privately if u need it), u can create ur own links in the about me section.
but i still think that this is a good idea though i believe it has been suggested before so'''
Yeah that would be a good idea, i mean I have a myspace, and also a band myspace, and i would like to put them both up
would like this as well. want to put my facebook and myspace out there.
Can't they take the code, and add the number 2 after the new webpage and paste in the code again? example:
webpage
edit field
webpage title
edit field.
webpage 2
edit field
webpage2 title
edit field
Mike.
I'm not against this idea, though you can make a link on your profile that links to your web page. But you have to know HTML to do that, which can be a little complicated. lol
No need to copy and paste the PHP on the server side. Anybody can put a second, or even a third, web page in their profile (in their description field) like this (remove the spaces between the < and the a and between the < and the /a):
< a href="[protocol]://[url]" target="top">[text of link]< /a>
Tht could work. In fact I've done a similar thing on these forums as well. I do like the suggestion though of having it be done for you if you don't know html.
